Mackerel. (Scomber scombrus)



When the fish is received, it has to pass the quality control assessments settled for this operation. Then it is classified and taken away to the heading and gutting process. The fish size we use for this product is determined by the clients themselves: 1-2 pieces/Kg; 3-4 pieces/Kg, etc.

Once this process is finished, the products are frozen and packaged depending on the clients’ needs: 1Kg; 2Kg; 5kg; 10Kg, etc.
